Jordi Vilardell and Meritxell Vidal’s fixture for Vibia features a spherical shade crafted of corrugated steel rods with an open-slot profile. Powered by an LED light source concealed beneath the cover, it gives off a soft, diffuse glow. But it’s the unique silhouette that lends Meridiano its dramatic impact. Echoing the fixture’s form, a magical interplay of light and shadow radiates outward in a brilliant starburst pattern.

Meridiano’s innovative profile also serves a practical purpose: Designed with a flat top, the floor lamp doubles as a stylish stool or side table for the garden, terrace or pool area. Displayed alone or grouped together for added impact, it’s available in three finishes to suit any outdoor space.

Like the floor lamp, the Meridiano sconce functions as both ambient lighting and striking décor. Casting a luminous spoke-like display that reaches far beyond its architectural base, it artfully fills a blank expanse of wall.
