Vibia Pendants Illuminate a Renovated Valencia Residence

A newly renovated private residence in Valencia, Spain, was the brainchild of local architectural firm Estudio EN – Hebra. Casa del Lienzo is a light-filled, contemporary oasis defined by clean-lined furnishings and calming colors. In keeping with the refined sensibility, the designers selected Vibia luminaires for the kitchen and dining areas.

Like much of the home, the kitchen features a pale palette complemented by rich wood furniture and accents. Illuminating the white-surface table here is the Skan pendant designed by Lievore, Altherr, Molina.

Finished in matte lacquered white, Skanā€™s sleek aesthetic perfectly suits the surroundings. The minimalist form features an elegant interplay of gentle curves and lean lines, casting a broad downlight that helps defines the space.

For the dining area, the designers opted for the Flamingo pendant by Antoni Arola. Marked by a delicate, deconstructed silhouette that produces gradations of LED-powered light, it exudes an elegant poise. The slim cable and gentle curve of the diffusers recalls its namesake and mirrors the organic shape of the wooden bowl and seats below.
